Our Story

As a former teacher, I've always had a passion for story-telling. Through my journey into photography, I discovered a new way to tell stories without using words. I'm captivated by the power of photos to evoke emotions and create lasting memories. My grandmother's photo albums sparked my fascination with vintage photography, and I would spend hours poring over each page, begging her to share the stories behind the photos.

How I Started

My journey into photography began with a quest to learn how to use my DSLR camera beyond auto mode. With practice and reading everything I could get my hands on, I transformed from a self-proclaimed "mammarazzi" to a skilled photographer. My children were my willing subjects, and I honed my skills on them.

My Passion for Photographing Families

After losing my sister to breast cancer, I began searching for old photos of her to preserve her memory. This experience led me to appreciate the value of printed photography and the importance of capturing memories while our loved ones are still with us.

My Journey as a Photographer

I started taking portrait photography as a distraction from my grief but soon discovered that it had become my passion. After losing my mother suddenly, I realized that preserving memories through photography takes on a new significance.
