Cancellation Policy

Kurt understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why he has a clear cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your photography package, you will receive a refund according to the following schedule: more than 90 days before your date, you'll receive a full refund; between 60 and 90 days, 50% of your hold fee will be refunded; and less than 60 days, your hold fee is non-refundable. This policy ensures that both parties are protected and that your photography experience is smooth and enjoyable.
