Your school will announce Picture Day through newsletters, calendars, or email reminders approximately one to two weeks in advance.
What is the picture ordering process?
Photos are taken on Picture Day without order forms. You'll receive viewing instructions 3-4 weeks later. Online orders ship within 7-10 business days after processing.
What if I'm not satisfied with my portraits?
We offer retake days for re-photography. If prints don't meet expectations, we'll resolve issues or provide full refunds with no questions asked.
Do you offer retouching services?
Yes, we provide premium facial retouching, teeth whitening, and stray hair reduction services to enhance your portraits while maintaining natural appearance.
