Juliane Berry, our founder and principal photographer, is an American expat who lived in France for 13 years before moving back to her hometown of Los Angeles. This unique experience has given her an extraordinary perspective and understanding of different cultures, allowing her to connect with her subjects on a deeper level.

Juliane is a classically trained film photographer with a passion for the organic nature of film and its ability to deliver beautiful colors. She also has a knack for hand-tinting black & white gelatin silver photographs, an art form practiced since 1860.

Her work has been featured on magazine covers, online magazines, and numerous wedding blogs. Juliane has also exhibited her work at the Seattle Design Center and various galleries in Los Angeles.
