What safety protocols are followed during photoshoots?
Sessions follow CDC guidelines including outdoor locations, mask usage, and 6-foot distancing. Sanitized equipment is used for all clients.
Can I reschedule my session?
One reschedule allowed with 72-hour notice. Specials cannot be rescheduled and require new payment.
What's included in a standard headshot session?
Includes 30+ proof images, 7-10 business day delivery, and basic retouching of 1-2 images.
Do you provide wardrobe assistance?
Complimentary styling advice available when submitting outfit photos 72 hours prior to the session.
Are hair and makeup services available?
We provide referrals to preferred artists but don't include these services in standard sessions.
How long does gallery access last?
Private online galleries remain active for 30 days with optional $50 reactivation after expiration.
