We are Katie and Max, candid and documentary wedding photographers based in New England. We specialize in documentary wedding photography and travel throughout Massachusetts, Boston, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, upstate New York, and beyond to document the weddings of our amazing clients. We love photographing people in love, but we aren't your typical wedding photographers. We're not looking to take up lots of time with formal portraits or staged photography. We document your day by capturing the natural, candid moments and little details that make the story of your wedding unique. We want you to look back on your photos and remember how things really happened!

Our Story

We met at a bar, of all places, and within six months of moving to New Hampshire together, we started photographing weddings. Over the years, we've captured 253 weddings, traveling as far as California, Colorado, and even Paris. We're passionate about telling the real story of your wedding day, free from forced poses and staged moments. We're all about capturing life as it unfolds, the laughter, tears, and all the little details that make your day truly special.

Who We Are

Katie is known for her eternal optimism and love for adventure. She's a mom to two adventurous boys and life partner to someone who makes her laugh every day. Max is a music history enthusiast and loves searching for vintage rock t-shirts. He's a devoted dad to Jack and Charlie and can often be found making an espresso for Katie, prepping dinner, and entertaining the kids on a Sunday afternoon.
