What locations do you serve for photography sessions?
We currently serve the Bay Area (San Jose, Santa Clara County) and Central California (San Luis Obispo County, Atascadero, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, Avila Beach, Pismo Beach).
Are studio sessions currently available?
Our home studio in San Jose is temporarily closed during relocation. We offer on-location sessions and limited rented studio options in Santa Clara for specific packages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept retainer payments to book sessions with remaining balances due one week before your session. Specific payment terms are outlined in our service agreement.
Do you offer videography services?
We specialize exclusively in photography. For videography, we recommend hiring a separate professional while booking our Santa Clara rented studio space.
How far in advance should I book a session?
Holiday mini sessions require advance booking with specific dates listed on our website. We recommend scheduling at least 2-3 weeks before desired photo dates.
What happens if my child doesn't cooperate during a session?
We work patiently with children to create engaging portraits. While we can reschedule if needed, our contract states we aren't liable for non-cooperation as we guarantee our best professional effort.
